Now, we are at a crossroads of change to live our daily lives after passing the pandemic. Many companies have played a role as e-commerce dramatically increased sales during the pandemic. As entering the post-pandemic recently, we see small and medium-sized companies agonizing over what kind of commerce strategy to run the e-commerce shopping mall. Now, let's look at the actual e-commerce consulting case and see how it goes and what it can get.

 



Preparing against the post-pandemic

 The e-commerce industry has been increasing its competitiveness in e-commerce platforms by opening specialists in specific product groups, such as cosmetics and fashion, at e-commerce shopping malls. In other words, many companies are implementing strategies to respond to future demand and improve profitability by expanding their categories. To do this, employees employ e-commerce consultants to build a new approach and actively utilize various solutions these consultants offer. The field of e-commerce consulting conducted for small and medium-sized enterprises is expanding into different industry areas for Client Relationship Management (CRM), Automated Marketing, customer segmentation, and shopping mall system development.
